Workout Tip 6: Have a healthy, well balanced meal plan each and everyday to help you reach your results and to fuel your body with the proper nutrients
 

 

Workout Tip 7: If you have the ability to train with a personal trainer then do so! Trainers are a great way to get you fully prepared and well on your way to achieving your fitness goals in no time
 

 

Workout Tip 8: STRETCH YOUR MUSCLES. Make sure you take the time to stretch after every workout and even stretch on your days off
 

 

Workout Tip 9: Try some group fitness classes whenever they're on. Great way to change things up and keep things exciting when working out
 

 

Workout Tip 10: Always progress when training. Never try to train as hard as you can one day and expect to see results, cause you won't, and you may injure yourself. Slowly progress your way up to reaching that desired fitness goal
